Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Trajet Longue Distance and its customers for all long-distance VTC transport services. Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Services offered

Trajet Longue Distance offers the following services:

• Long-distance VTC transport in metropolitan France
• Airport (CDG, Orly, Beauvais) and train station transfers
• International journeys across Europe
• Premium services on request

3. Booking and quotation

Bookings are made via the online form, by phone, email or WhatsApp. A personalised quote is sent to the customer. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the customer's agreement.

4. Pricing

Prices are provided in the form of a personalised quote based on distance, estimated journey time, vehicle type and any additional services. All prices include applicable VAT. Base indicative price: 2€/km.

Child car seats: included and free on request

5. Child car seats

In accordance with French regulations, children under 10 or under 1.35 m must use an adapted restraint system. Trajet Longue Distance provides child seats and boosters free of charge on request.

• Baby car seat (group 0+): for infants 0-12 months (up to 13 kg)
• Child seat (group 1): for children 9 months to 4 years (9-18 kg)
• Booster seat (group 2/3): for children 4-10 years (15-36 kg)

Customers must provide the age and weight of children when booking so that appropriate seats can be installed.

6. Payment

Payment may be made by:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Cash
• Bank transfer

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation and modification

• Free cancellation: up to 24 hours before departure
• Late cancellation (under 24h): 50% of the quoted amount
• No-show: 100% of the quoted amount

Any changes to the booking must be communicated as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a revised price.

8. Waiting time and delays

Waiting conditions vary by pick-up type:

• Airport transfer: 60 minutes free waiting time from actual flight landing. Your driver tracks your flight in real time.
• Train station transfer: 30 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled arrival time.
• Other pick-ups: 15 minutes free waiting time from the agreed meeting time.

9. Liability

Trajet Longue Distance undertakes to provide transport in the best conditions of comfort and safety. However, the company cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic jams, severe weather, strikes, etc.).

10. Luggage and equipment

Customers must indicate the number of bags and any bulky equipment when booking. Trajet Longue Distance reserves the right to propose an adapted vehicle if baggage exceeds the initially planned vehicle's capacity.

11. Insurance

All Trajet Longue Distance vehicles are insured for passenger transport in accordance with current regulations.

12. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent to [email protected] within 7 days of the service.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
